AYRILIK / SEPARATION
140 x 100 cm, Resim
Some liked to read a book over and over again. Some never read. Some only looked at the pictures. Me, I was reading until I could gaze deep into it. Maybe absorbing everything was the reason I never looked back. When a book finished, I would stand in silence for the closing cover, to every day I would a devote a page to be burned, as I killed the past I was closer to today, tomorrow and my freedom. In fact I did not ask to be like this, to build my stories on farewells. Against every departure away me, I was having a departure from myself. I learned it from my comrades every departure was bringing a rebirth, rebirth to oneself. In her new box with a new color. It was an awakening to a story worth reading and never ending. Because when the meanings disappeared, leaving was just plain leaving. Leaving was to create an action instead of thousands of thoughts
